Kucan Denies He Is Establishing a New Party

Ljubljana, 9 January - Former President Milan Kucan has denied ongoing speculations that he is establishing a new political party. Talk about a new party is "an excuse to cover up the inability to put things in order in some parties that have not survived the transition from coalition to opposition," he told TV Slovenija on Monday.
