Social Partners Agree Controversial Health Insurance Changes
Ljubljana, 9 January - Trade unions, employers and the government on Tuesday reached agreement on amendments to health insurance legislation, completing more than a year-long negotiations in which opinions clashed mainly on severed conditions for sickness benefits and the composition of the assembly of the Health Insurance Institute. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GZS) labelled the agreement not completely satisfactory.
