President Kučan confers order of the Republic of Slovenia on Prof Pleterski

The Slovenian President awarded an Honourable Order of Freedom to Professor Janko Pleterski on his 70th birthday for "his services to the development of Slovenian historiography and the national concept, which was important for the state-forming process of the Slovenian nation and the sovereignty and freedom of Slovenia," said Milan Kučan in an address dedicated to the award-winner.
