Fmr President Denies Koper Mayor's Corruption Claims

Ljubljana, 11 January - Former President Milan Kucan on Thursday denied claims by Koper Mayor Boris Popovic that he was responsible for Popovic's arrest in late 2003 over corruption-related charges.
