Minister Says Drastic Emission Cuts Could Harm Competitiveness

Ljubljana, 11 January - Economy Minister Andrej Vizjak believes that if EU countries made an obligation to cut CO2 emission by 20% until 2020, this might put the European economy in a "somewhat less competitive situation" in the transitional period.
