Drnovsek Bypasses Bids, Nominates Grad for Constitutional Judge

Ljubljana, 12 January - President Janez Drnovsek has decided to bypass the three bids filed for a spot at the Constitutional Court and instead nominate legal professor France Grad for the post, the president's office said on Friday.
