Euro Conference Hails Historic Transition from Tolar to Euro

Ljubljana, 15 January - Slovenia's adoption of the euro was hailed as a historic achievement at a conference on Monday that marked the final transition from the euro to the tolar. The euro is a historic challenge and opportunity for the country to develop into a stable economic and financial environment, central bank Governor Mitja Gaspari said in his keynote address.
