Prison Administration Boss Says Breaking Rules Aided Escapes
Ljubljana, 19 January - Tomaz Smole, the head of the Prison Administration, said on Friday that the number of escaped prisoners increased last year because they were in some cases escorted outside of the prisons by only one warden, a move that goes against the rules.
