Unions Want Tighter Link between Pay and Productivity

Ljubljana, 20 January - Slovenian trade unions want to change the system where wages are tied solely to inflation. They are saying productivity gains should be brought into the equation as well, as pay growth has been lagging behind productivity growth and workers deserve to partake in the fruits of solid economic growth of the recent years.
