Australian Open: Srebotnik Advances to Third Round in Doubles

Melbourne, 21 January - Slovenia's highest-ranked tennis player Katarina Srebotnik and her playing partner Dinara Safina of Russia advanced to the third round of the women's doubles competition at the Australian Open in Melbourne on Sunday. The fifth seeded pairing defeated the French pair Severine Bremond and Amelie Mauresmo 6:3 and 7:6 (3).
