Delo Comments on Serbia General Election

Ljubljana, 22 January - Pondering the outcome of Sunday's general election in Serbia, Delo says on Monday that Serbia remains "a party state that gives a distorted image of the actual psyche, while it is unable to speed up its modernisation and fully open up to the world and Europe".
