Analyst Urges EU to Recognise Kosovo Independence

Ljubljana, 22 January - Germany as the EU president has an opportunity to bring stability to the Balkans, an international relations analyst says in Monday's edition of Delo, urging the EU to recognise the independence of Kosovo so as to allow the region to move on.
