Owners of Stock Market Operator Reject OMX Takeover Bid

Ljubljana, 22 January - Some 70% of the shareholders of Ljubljanska borza, the operator of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, rejected the takeover bid by Sweden's OMX group, the association of stock market members said on Monday. The shareholders want to thoroughly review potential other bids by interested buyers.
