FM Labels Radicals' Victory in Serbia Pyrrhic
Brussels, 22 January - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel labelled on Monday the victory of the hardline Radical Party (SRS) the general election in Serbia a Pyrrhic victory. The party cannot form a cabinet on its own, so conditions exist for a pro-European government, Rupel said at the sidelines of EU foreign ministers' meeting in Brussels.
