Constitutional Court Rejects Stay of Property Census Act

Ljubljana, 26 January - The Constitutional Court has rejected the request by Information Commissioner Natasa Pirc Musar to stay the implementation of the act on property census, the legal basis for the ongoing census of immovable property in Slovenia.
