Ljubljana, 27 January - The opposition Liberal Democrats (LDS), plagued by infighting and hit by a new wave of resignations, are to stage a crucial congress on Saturday at which president Jelko Kacin will seek a vote of confidence. Analysts believe that Kacin will remain at the helm.
