Rupel Says EU Not to Ask for Mladic in Chains

Brussels, 30 January - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel has told the European Voice that he does not think the EU would ask for fugitive general Ratko Mladic "to be brought to Brussels in chains" in order to revive negotiations with Serbia.
