FM Rupel Explains His Position on EU-Serbia Talks

Ljubljana, 31 January - Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday that Minister Dimitrij Rupel had called for an encouraging attitude and a revival of talks between Serbia and the EU, while he also stressed the need for Serbia's full cooperation with the Hague tribunal.
