Maribor, 1 February - EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana's failure to appear before the press following his meeting with UN war crimes prosecutor Carla del Ponte on Wednesday shows clearly that the EU is far from having a unanimous view on what to do with Serbia in relation to Kosovo, a commentary in Thursday's edition of daily Vecer says.
