Parliament Endorses Amendments to Prosecution Act
Ljubljana, 1 February - MPs adopted on Thursday in shortened procedure amendments to state prosecution (41:16) and criminal procedure (39:15) acts. The amendments transfer the investigation of crimes perpetrated by the police to the Office of the State Prosecutor General.
