Constitutional Court Rejects Challenge against Development Projects

Ljubljana, 2 February - The Constitutional Court has rejected a constitutional challenge against the government's resolution on national development projects in the 2007-2023 period, which was filed by environmental NGO Umanotera in late November. The Court said on Friday that it does not have the jurisdiction to decide on the matter.
