Analysts Offer Different Views on UN Kosovo Plan

Ljubljana/Prishtina, 2 February - The UN plan for Kosovo, which was unveiled in Belgrade and Pristina on Friday, sparked off different interpretations in Slovenia. While a former high-ranking UN official said the crucial aspect of the plan was continued international presence in Kosovo, the head of the Ljubljana-based Institute of Strategic Studies sees it as a basis for Kosovo independence.
