Analyst Ponders the Price of Mistakes over Kosovo Issue

Ljubljana, 5 February - The political mood in Serbia following the publication of the UN plan for Kosovo is quite similar to the one at the 1999 Rambouillet peace conference when the international community made a last attempt to persuade the Milosevic regime to recognise the Kosovo reality in a peaceful way, a commentator says on Monday.
