Environmentalists Say Slovenia Should Vote Against GMOs

Ljubljana/Brussels, 6 February - The Institute for Sustainable Development, an environment NGO, on Tuesday called on Environment and Spatial Planning Minister Janez Podobnik to vote against the lifting of the Hungarian moratorium on the import of genetically modified maize, which had been proposed by the European Commission.
