Press: Rules of Engagement Are Changing for Soldiers in Kosovo

Ljubljana, 7 February - Commenting on the deployment of the largest Slovenian contingent to date in Kosovo, the dailies Dnevnik and Vecer write on Wednesday that the soldiers will face an entirely different situation considering that they will no longer have restrictions on the use of force, the so-called "national caveats".
