Ljubljana, 7 February - The oil and gas exploration licence granted to Croatian oil company INA - which started the latest dispute between Slovenia and Croatia - covers an area that reaches north into Piran Bay, which Slovenia considers as area under its jurisdiction, Slovenian media report on Monday.
