Weekly Review of Events Involving Slovenia from 3 to 9 February
Ljubljana, 10 February - Last week Slovenia hosted a series of events on intercultural dialogue, a topic it has put on the list of priorities for when it holds the EU presidency in the first half of 2008. As part of the events a conference examined interethnic relations in Kosovo, where Slovenia sent its biggest army formation to date. Meanwhile, the tension in its relations with Croatia seems to have escalated as the media published a map that suggests the oil and gas exploration licence granted to Croatian oil company INA extends into the disputed border area.
