Orbico Publishes Takeover Bid for Emona Obala

Ljubljana, 9 February - Wholesaler Orbico published on Friday a takeover bid for Emona Obala, offering EUR 7.5 per share of the Koper-based wholesaler and retailer. Orbico had pledged to publish the offer after it acquired more than 50% of the struggling company in an auction in mid-January.
