Rupel: EU Should Take Charge of Balkan Stabilisation Process
Brussels, 12 February - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel wrote Monday that it was "high time for the EU to assume the ownership of the Western Balkan stabilisation process". This means boosting the democratic forces in Serbia, resolving the Kosovo issue, and moving Macedonia onto the accession track, Rupel says in a commentary for EUobserver.
