Delo Comments on EU's "Give and Take" Policies Regarding Serbia

Ljubljana, 14 February - Daily Delo writes on Wednesday that the EU needs to first settle the differences among its own members regarding Serbia, before it can tackle outside opposition to the plan for the future of Kosovo.
