Delo Worried about Overburdened Constitutional Court

Ljubljana, 14 February - Daily Delo is worried that, should the projections materialise, the Constitutional Court would have some 7,000 pending cases by the end of 2007. This would mean that the Court could not perform its role as a custodian of constitutional democracy and human rights, the paper writes on Thursday.
