Govt to Have Fmr. Ministers Testify in NEK Arbitration Case

Krško, 17 February - The Slovenian government is enlisting former cabinet members to testify in a dispute at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) in Washington, DC, which the Croatian grid operator (HEP) launched to get Slovenia to pay EUR 35.3m for undelivered electricity from the Krsko Nuclear Power Plant (NEK).
