Ljubljana, 18 February - Below is a schedule of events for Monday, 19 February:

SARAJEVO - Prime Minister Janez Jansa, accompanied by three ministers and a strong business delegation is to pay an official visit to Bosnia-Herzegovina on invitation by Nikola Spiric, the chairman of the council of ministers. (STA)

BRUSSELS, Belgium - EU ministers in charge of competition are to hold a meeting on cutting red tape and on automotive strategy in the EU. Slovenian Public Administration Minister Gregor Virant is to be at hand.

LJUBLJANA - The supervisory board of NLB, Slovenia's largest bank, is to discuss the business results of the bank and the group in 2006.

LJUBLJANA - Shareholders of Adria Airways, the Slovenian flag carrier, are to discuss a capital injection that would double the company's capital to EUR 6.8m. Adria Airways is in majority state ownership.

BRUSSELS, Belgium - Environment and Spatial Planning Minister Janez Podobnik is to meet European Environment Commissioner Stavros Dimas and his German and Portuguese counterparts Sigmar Gabriel and Francisco Nunes Correia ahead of a meeting of EU environment ministers on Tuesday. The minister is also slated to meet representatives of environmental NGOs.

LJUBLJANA - The social partners - government, employers and employee representatives - are to continue talks on concluding the 2006-2009 Social Agreement. The sides are expected to focus on improving the quality of education and promoting lifelong learning. The head of the government negotiating team Dusan Krajnik is to be at hand after the talks, expectedly at 3 PM.

LONDON, UK - A delegation of the parliamentary Foreign Policy Committee is to begin a two-day visit to the United Kingdom. They are to meet several Foreign Office representatives, namely the head of the Western Balkans group Michael Tatham, the head of the Iraq policy unit Nigel Caseye and the head of the bilateral and enlargement sector Chris Rampling.

CELJE - A Slovenian Armed Forces unit is to depart to Afghanistan to relieve the previous rotation. The 53 soldiers of the Sicon 7 ISAF force are to stay in the Asian country until the end of August.

LJUBLJANA - The Pergan trade union confederation is to present at 10 AM its views to the amendments to the employment relationships act.

BUDAPEST, Hungary - Transport Ministry State Secretary Peter Verlic is to begin a two-day visit to Budapest, where he is to meet his Hungarian opposite number Abel Garamhegy.

LJUBLJANA - Parliament Speaker France Cukjati is to receive a Roma delegation at noon.

NOVO MESTO - The Novo mesto municipality is to hold a press conference at 11 AM, where it is to outline the events and activities connected with the centenary of birth of Slovenian ballet legend Pino Mlakar, a honorary citizen of Novo mesto.
