Constitutional Court against Suspending Municipality Funding Act

Ljubljana, 19 February - The Constitutional Court said on Monday it had rejected a request to stay the implementation of the municipality funding act pending its ruling on the petition in which four municipalities challenge the constitutionality of this piece of legislation. The court decided though to give the case an absolute priority.
