Slovenia's at-Risk-of-Poverty Rate at 12% in 2004

Brussels, 19 February - About 12% of Slovenia's population were living at risk of poverty in 2004, which is 4% below the EU average, according to a report on social inclusion published on Monday by the European Commission.
