Serbian Democratic Leader Pinpoints Fault in UN Kosovo Plan

Ljubljana, 21 February - Dragoljub Micunovic, the man tipped as one of the most serious candidates for the speaker of Serbian parliament, believes that the UN draft plan for Kosovo contains many useful ideas and recommendations, while its weakest point is that it gives no assurance that the proposed solutions will be in fact implemented.
