Gorenje Boss Warns of Consequences if State Stake Sold Publicly

Ljubljana, 24 February - Chairman of home appliance group Gorenje Franjo Bobinac has told the daily Dnevnik that a decision by the state to withdraw as a shareholder in one go through a public call to bids could result in a hostile takeover and adverse consequences.
