Kacin: ICJ Ruling a Step Towards Bringing Individuals to Justice

Ljubljana, 26 February - Slovenian MEP Jelko Kacin said on Wednesday that the ruling of the International Court of Justice, which cleared Serbia of direct responsibility for genocide during the Bosnian war, could not comfort families of the war victims, but it was an important step towards bringing the individuals responsible for the genocide to justice.
