Papers Unconvinced by Serbia Ruling

Ljubljana/Maribor, 27 February - All three major national dailies agree in Tuesday's editions that the ruling in which the UN's highest court cleared Serbia of direct responsibility for genocide during the war in Bosnia leaves the victims unsatisfied because has not answered the question who takes the blame.
