Merkur Posts Double-Digit Growth in Sales, Profits

Kranj, 27 February - Technical goods chain Merkur posted a net profit of EUR 21.59m for 2006, up 44.3% year-on-year according to unaudited results. Net sales amounted to almost EUR 1bn, which is 27.5% more than in the year before, the company said on Tuesday.
