Delo Says Petrol-Lukoil Tie-up a "Russian Roulette"

Ljubljana, 28 February - Delo has doubts about the tie-up between Slovenian energy company Petrol and Russian oil giant Lukoil. Their joint venture should have been established at the end of 2006 but the company is still not incorporated. Does this mean that the deal will not go through, the paper wonders on Wednesday.
