Istrabenz Publishes Takeover Bid for Droga Kolinska

Koper, 28 February - The Istrabenz conglomerate on Wednesday published a takeover bid for just under 40% of Droga Kolinska, Slovenia's largest food company, that it does not already own. The offer is worth EUR 16 per share, which values the outstanding stake at EUR 91m.
