Unemployment at 5.6% in the 4th Quarter of 2006

Ljubljana, 28 February - Labour Force Survey data shows that Slovenia's unemployment rate was at 5.6% in the last quarter of 2006, on par with the previous quarter. Unemployment among men was down 0.1 of a percentage point to 4.5%, but it increased by 0.2 of a point among women to 6.9%, the National Statistics Office said on Wednesday.
