Delo: Kosovo Status Plan Will be Judged by Fate of the Serbs

Ljubljana, 3 March - Commenting on the last round of talks on Martti Ahtisaari's plan for the status of Kosovo on Saturday, the daily Delo says that the success of the plan drawn up by the special UN envoy will ultimately be determined by what happens to the Serbs living in the province.
