Ljubljana, 3 March - Jelko Kacin, the president of the opposition Liberal Democrats (LDS), has expressed regret over the wave of departures from the party and over the recent decision by some of its members to leave the LDS deputy group. He added however that this development has also brought some new qualities to the party.
