Ljubljana, 5 March - A study by the Ljubljana-based International Institute for Middle East and Balkan Studies (IFIMES) has found that Slovenian municipalities have so far failed to set up special committees or appropriate bodies that would systematically deal with the situation and role of foreigners in local communities.
