Gay Asylum Seekers from Kosovo Seek Court Protection

Ljubljana, 5 March - Two men from Kosovo filed and appeal at the Slovenian Administrative Court on Monday after being refused asylum, which they sought as victims of homophobia. Legal representatives of the 25- and 30-year-old told the press today that procedure which led to the their pending deportation was flawed.
