Washington, 6 March - A US State Department report on human rights in 2006 has found that the Slovenian authorities generally respected human rights, but there were some problems with long trials, indirect government influence on the media, cursory procedure for review of asylum applications, violence against women, trafficking in women, discrimination and violence against Roma and homosexuals, and discrimination of the erased.
