Telekom Signs Deal on Second Kosovo Mobile Licence
Prishtina, 6 March - Telco Telekom Slovenije and Kosovo officials signed an agreement in Pristina on Tuesday, making Telekom's subsidiary Ipkonet the region's second mobile operator.
