Italian Govt Takes Key Step in Protection of Slovenian Minority

Rome, 7 March - The Italian government appointed on Wednesday the four missing members of a joint committee which oversees the umbrella law on the protection of the Slovenian minority, a move which had been promised when minority officials met Italian Minister for Regional Affairs and Local Autonomy Linda Lanzillotta a month ago.
